Evenshire Hermit acting up! SPOILER WARNING!

I am doing the Ring Quest again...made it to Evenshire...and that hermit will not accept my offering (SPOILER WARNING HERE...)

I'm bringing the right item (2nd hermit...duergar belt) but he will not accept it...Is something broke here or has the quest changed in some way?

I checked the module scripts, and that dead hermit should be working fine. However, when I turned the Duergar area into Grakkelstughe, I changed the item identifiers for the Duergar equipment, including the belt. The scripts are fine, but you might have an old belt. Talk to one of the DMs to see if you can trade for a new one and see if that works.

Out of curiosity, what's the drop rate on the belt? I've sat in there for over an hour slaughtering the poor buggers at level 40 and not a single belt or cleric mace. A man can only take so much you know.

I've been trying to get a belt to drop off and on for 2 weeks. The flail drops with more regularity, 10-20% of the time.

It should drop...I'll take a look and see if I can bump it up a bit.

I've checked the script and put in a fix on North. A fix has been sent off to Pros for East and West.
