This is designed to help fix problems that arise, and steps to take prior to coming in and making a support request. Its not that we dont want to help you, its that these 2 things usually clear up 90% of the character glitches.
1: Go into your video settings and turn off shiny water.
2: Clear everything out of you overrides and hakpak folder, including CEP. This means voicesets, heads, alternate combat animations ... EVERYTHING.
These issues may seem as if they are unconnected to the problems you are facing, trust me when I say that there is some really squirrely stuff that goes on behind the scenes.
