Does the Monk AC stack when shifted? i.e. will 25 Monk levels give you an extra 5 AC?

Does the unshifted constitution bonus matter, or just the base hit points?

I know this has been beaten to death, but I recall reading that Improved Crit Unarmed will xfer for Dragon, but will weap focus and epic weapon focus unarmed also xfer, or are those just wasted feats for a Ranger/Druid Dragon?
