It does. Not sure why some can't and some can use it. At east one person said it was a firewall issue. There were 5 on this evening at one point.
I believe there is something on the server side that needs to be tweaked but I haven't found it yet but some people are able to get in.

I was able to log in on my portable on an unsecured network just now using this IP
Couldn't log in from my home machine where i go thru my secured router.
On another point, I am in the middle of a move and will be very erratic over the next couple weeks.
