Please refrain from modifying your character atm, as it might result in bugging your char for good. After including the change of stacking arrows up to 500, all the characters have trouble moving, some are blocked even.
Better to wait for the devs to fix this, than trying to change something on your own.

Working on it now. Removed the override file to see if it is the cause.

On win, you generally don't want to hotswap files, not sure what else could be the cause.
Assume you didn't just throw in ns4's baseitems.2da, that'd make a lot of changes that players would be pissed about if they ever noticed them
