What classes are worth building nowadays

I hear alot of talk of worthless builds lately, such as my dwarf barbarian and druid dragon. I am not into dex builds either. My weapon master is all right, but could be better, and my level 40 cleric(really bad ac, no tumble) is killing me, has has the best armor too.
I seems the Pale Master and Monks have the only true advantages on the server. High ac is great, but what does it matter if you can't hit your opponents. Perhaps I should build a Red Dragon Disciple? I really want to build a strong level 40 toon, with at least 75 AC and high AB, and I find it very hard to balance a good build.

I see a wide variety of good builds on the server, bards, clerics, rogues, sorcs, dragons, DD's, etc.

Most of the bad builds are from ppl experimenting with different builds or noobies that are learning the server.

Right now I am experimenting with harpers - makes for some interesting builds.

Take a class you enjoy and figure out a build for it. The Chosen Neversummer server
was still up last time I checked. It's a good place to try some things before actually building them on Neversummer.

with the proper alignment shift they can
