How often can you change alignment?

How often can you change alignment?

I inadvertently changed my alignment - which is bad because I'm a monk - and I can't do anything until it changes back or further evil. The cave LIES! It sure as heck knows neutral! :evil:

Should be able to use it once per reset if I remmeber correctly.
