we keep it hidden to the average player so we can discuss new things without ruining the surprise too much :) I am not saying that you should let people look at everything you are doing, but things that show up in the ideas and suggestions that you think would be nice to add to the mod but are so f...

Help for Devs

Why don't the devs create a section on the website for help on coding and developing the mod? Only let Devs create new topics, and they could post items that are not high priorities, for the rest of us to come up with implementation ideas, pseudo-code or code. The only info that would be required is...

Ok... so we can add one more spell to a mages usable list. And one more reason why fighters will complain that mages are too over powered. There are a lot of really cool spells out there, but most never see the light of day.

Ah.. But they are not doomed to failure. It works, so why change? What advantages are there to taking a different set of spells?

It matters because that is the way people have always built mages, so why would they change just because it is neversummer 4?

It all depends on preference ... perhaps some people are getting sick of seeing all the mages with almost the exact same build. does anyone else think the death magic is getting a little old? how about trying new builds.. what a concept!! There are a lot of great mage spells out there, but on most ...

I don't believe giving out immunities is the answer. As ATI pointed out, clerics have their weaknesses. He forgot to mention that their spells can also be interrupted. One thing I do think that is unfair though, are the summons. I fought a cleric who was challenging to me, but he had a stone golem o...

It is all very well fro someone to be judged on their own merits (as for opposing faction members, I do judge on individual merits) but when a certain group creates a reputation for griefing as the okies do, then to align yourself with them, is to take on their repuation, and the consequences of tha...

Hmmm.. Do the clerics of ns want to be nerfed? They are the only ones who seem to be able to solo everything, and are then complaining about it. As a fighter type, I keep getting me butt handed to me, because every single spawn seems to have some sort of will save or be stunned/paralyzed/dazed/feare...

Okies need to be pk'd

G Camping someones spawn point with overwhelming force, how cheesy can you get? Be glad that Okies as a rule dont file complaints. Yeah.. Just aswell they don't, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. The first time I logged in to NS4, I played for a bit, and then needed to buy some stuff, I was pk'...
