Would like to purchase a Hammer of Thunderbolts. Only have gold and mercenary services of low level barb.

Not working.
I have 35 ride skill
69 ac base
I get hit (non 20s) on 69-70 a lot.
with a 35 ride skill i should be getting 5-9 bonus ac each round in combat.

Do we have this feat working? Currently at 35 ride skill w/ my paladin but not seeing any AC bonus. If its not turned on, are there plans to turn this feat on or my mounted paladin build a bust? Thanks in advance for any input.
