the more i think about the more i think that the 6 and 9 should be switched, the 6 is way more powerfull now and the nine is a waste of a spell slot at lvl 9 but not at only lvl 6, id also suggest increasing the kd time to one full round though and changing it to make some kind of check for kd inst...
