That...kind of worries me. If someone is Nexus and can't portal back period, wouldn't they be stuck? I could understand blocking off the Nexus Portal to Ragnar's HQ, but blocking the portal to Angmar Waste...maybe I'm reading this wrong.

Personally, I think this feature is overdue. Having opposing players block the spawn of the Relic Rooms for hours on end got tiring and annoying.

I know Havok stole two of my party's Unknown Evil kukris before. Right after our party beat him, he stole the kukries and dropped party. We killed him but that didn't get us the kukris back.
