Faction specific races AO-Lizardmen or Yuan-ti or Ancients -halforc subrace SL-Drider (lrg size) -elf subrac TC-Fey -elf subrace NC-Solar or Planar MA-Illithid RK- Urdunnirin, Pech or Derro -dwarve subrace LA -??? i actually like that idea, i dont know what subraces would fit best.....

Nice solid build. The only thing I would do different is get the greater sf conj asap for easier leveling with summons.
