Spoke to Tossin (one of the players on MW) and he asked me what feat i was taking at 24. Turns out that Devasting Critical is disable which was causing the issue. I choose another feat and was able to level just fine. Checked journal and nothing mentioned about this so hope people check this thread....

Forgot to mention that I logged off last night and tried this morning still same issue.

512 RAM
