my question is, it seems that server 2 as a problem loading the area for the NC, is it normal ? or is it a bug ?
Also, are server 1 and 2 independant ? or are they bind to each other so i can log on server 1 or 2 (regardless to where my char was ? )

I wanted to know if these feats were treated like magic, I know that there's a limit bonus we can get from magic ( btw how much is it ?? and is it for AC and AB ?)
