Yea that does seem rather odd. I mean if you don't have the proficiency I'd understand, but it's a staff, everyone but a really short person can use that, x_X

I noticed that in the Shadow Legion it says you can't be a good drow, however Eilistraee is a goddess in the Legion. She is a goddess of Drow, but she's the goddess of good drow.
