How can you have 2 prestige classes? Aren't they from different factions as well?

Ah, yes, sorry about that. My roommate, after doing the critical rebuild, has to use my NWN CD to start the game. After starting it, he does not require the CD anymore.

Is it possible to drop out of combat? Are there any game mechanics that allow this? If so, someone could start a fight, drop out of combat, the other person would then become the aggressor (?) if he presses the attack, then the original aggressor finishes him off and gets a piece of gear. Or is this...

You can try the critical rebuild to 1.62. This worked for a friend of mine, but there may be consequences (like re-installing the game) when 1.64 is finalized
