I'm considering starting a guild called Redzan. I'd allow only certain members, heck maybe have no more than 2-3? Everyone would name themselves after their build. And then I'd proclaim myself ruler of NS4. In fact, I think that's a pretty decent idea.

Yeah, meteor swarm does nothing. Never has afaik. Mobs that cast it get nothing. If I try to cast it nothing happens. I'm not sure, but I'd guess scrolls do nothing either.

You didn't by any chance just change video drivers, did you?

Yeah, I had the same problem. So I just did what the updater told me to do, and downloaded the rebuild

I at first got the black screen, so relogged and was fine. However, I couldn't find a single thing to kill. There are no spawns in the 5 minutes I ran around Icy Crypts and Giant Lair. Not a thing!

Yeah, at the time of your note it's about 24 hours with Frost Dale zones broken.

Nice note, Trent. I've only been back playing 4 days now, but it's great to see active DMs around. Something of note, because of the server 2 downtime there was a lot of confusion amongst new characters and low-level characters. I was glad to see DMs lordshelt and TBD helping out the new characters....
