just got to lv 12 and now its given me the option to choose it ??? how strange ??

Hi thanks for the reply but no im positive i havnt taken it at an earlier lv ?the only thing i may have done is missed it and it isnt giving me the option to take it again ?
Still im very puzzled if any one knows why pls let me know ty

Ive just got my dwarf fighter to lv 9 and want to turn him into a rock hard dwarf defender but for some reason everytime i have level'd up it hasnt given me the option to choose toughness??? :cry: And before you say it yes he is lawful and yes he has base attack of more than +7, so can somone pls sh...
