Did I read that correctly that lvl 30 items placed in the anvil will 'delevel' to lvl 20? In other words, I could take a bunch of lvl 30 items, anvilize them and equip them on a lvl 20 toon?
Most interesting... I'll have to test that hypothesis.

Are there any unique items in Melencia?
I don't think I've seen a single unique item from Melencia, either from the unique NPCs or from the Forestwalkers and other sentries. Do they exist?

Great idea!
I'm totally down with the idea of being able to create some items with unique abilities. This would make crafting infinitely cooler and would certainly add flavor to the game. I'd finally have something to spend money on!

More Gold... woot... I guess...
According to the latest Update Log post: "Buyback value for gems and treasure items (art, trinkets, etc) increased upwards by about 5X previous value. Buyback value for gold nuggets, bars, and sarcoghaguses increased significantly. _________________ Flailer NS Developer " While I'm certainly not opp...

cluster
Yeah, I have to concur... if the cluster does come back (and with the noob volume lately it might be a good thing), it makes sense to place all the epic areas on another server. It would also serve as a warning of sorts for lowbies unwittingly entering an area way beyond them. I really don't miss ha...

Guild suggestion
First off, let me say I think the idea of guild support is awesome... it's really nice to see some of the new content that the dev team has been releasing lately and goes a long way toward keeping me playing. Regarding the guild rules, I had a thought... don't know how feasible it is, but what do yo...

Yeah, what's the deal with Tailoring for Monks?
I just wanted to echo Elagneros' question re: crafting for monks... I have a 18/5 Monk/Druid and I can't seem to advance beyond MC no matter where I use the skill. I have over 4000xp in the craft as a MC and I've tried advancing in Avendell, the Monastery, and that elven camp waaay to the west. Is s...

Term, I think you could have attained at least level 30 in the time it took to type those posts. Having said that, I agree with a lot of your suggestions and have a few of my own: -Donations should earn you the right to influence the direction of the game (ie voting, area or item development, etc......

Ice Giants
The Sentinels and Scouts can probably do with a downgrade, and I definitely agree with Eva about the wolves. My 19th level monk can kill packs of them effortlessly. The Polar Bears, on the other hand, are harder for me to kill than the giants. Maybe a little balance tweaking needs to occur with them...

High-Level Items are Broken
There's something wrong when I can't even GIVE away a +4 magic weapon. When I acquired the Ice Giant's flail I thought it was great and would be worth some raise scrolls at the least... turns out nobody wants it because it's un-sellable. I'm thinking that high-level items like this should probably b...

Portalling
WOOOOT... at first I thought it was an error because server 1 kept redirecting me back to server 2 automatically when I manually ported. Great job, guys. You've really been kicking some butt lately with the improvements and additions! Thx for the hard work.

no shivlas
Yeah, I'll second that... haven't seen her at all. That error message seems to indicate a problem with her spawn-point.
I still like the contract labor dispute theory, though... she's not voiced by a member of the Screen Actor's Guild, is she?

The solution
Yeah, that's what we ended up doing... one of us got killed and respawned in town... I'm going to either find a way to kill myself or get killed. Actually despite the inconvenience it was pretty funny. Lovin' Frostdale, BTW... good job, devs.

Irony, thy name is Bane
Let me tell you a tale, fellow adventurers... twas a cold night on the mountains outside of Frostdale when the bears fell upon us. My travelling companion fell to the ambush first, but I soon followed in a failed rescue attempt. As we lay there lamenting out fate, the bears that stood knawing at ou...

Officially Flatlined?
I had a strong suspicion that NWN2 was tolling the death-bell for NS4, and if you read between the lines of Lokey's comment it's pretty much confirmed. It's a shame, but also an inevitability. What ISN'T inevitable is that NS4 die before it's replacement is even on the shelves. In fact, dropping it ...
