Yes it would affect them, because their "faction" is anyone with Okie in their name. They choose to ignore the factions set up by the devs and just use their guild as a faction. Ok this was the first time I logged in and was greif killed by traps. Went inside alliance barracks and there were some jack-asses setting deadly traps all over every single square inch of the place causing anyone who entered or spawned to die immediately. I like no perma-haste items. It actually makes a specific Epic level feat worth taking, Blinding speed. If they ever do make a perma haste item I would hope it would be dropped by an incredibly hard boss monster that would have to be tackled by a large party and only respawns once per actual day. On...
