Is there really such thing as a powergaming/roleplay hybrid? Given my impression of these two styles of play, it would seem that they're diametrically opposed to each other. Granted, its possible to roleplay and powergame at the same time, its just not as likely considering the mindset of the style.

I'd also like to voice my opinion on the level restrictions on some of the arrows...to go from 1d4 to 1d6 is a level 3 or 4 requirement, to go from 1d6 to 1d8 is a level 9 requirement. Wow, I didn't expect this thread to balloon into something so big :) . Regarding the whole balance issue, I myself would prefer to overpower every single class to the point where the series of checks and balances become so convoluted that it would be virtually impossible to tell what's "overpowered"...
