I once played on a world that had boots which made you immune to spells level 6 and below. They also gave you -10 Dex AND -10 Dodge AC and some more penalties to your saves.... in short yeah you were resistant to lots of spells but you had the crap kicked out of you if you had them on at the wrong ...

This should help with epic level players wiping out lowbie areas, as they would have to work a lot harder for that 8 xp, chasing them all over the map as they run in fear from the nasty character. Cowardly mobs would help the problem, abolishing the whole "minimum xp" nonsense would fix it entirely...

u mean a good rogue? cuz i can see them rejecting a lawful evil one.... not to mention... no evidence to not let rogues into NC isnt evidence... Seeing as the NC only accept LG, NG or LN I did not think I had to explicitly exclude LE rogues from my statement, but yes, by Lawful I did mean LG or LN....

gud stuff... i dont see why there's no reason not to add more faction in the future... I think there is a limit of 10 factions in the NWN engine and I think all are being used in NS4. 7 player factions, The Fey, The Order of the Way and Aggressive Critters. Blind Fighting and Concealment

The description of Blind Fighting says you get to reroll your miss chance when blinded or when fighting invisible targets. I believe this works when you are in magical darkness but does anyone know if it also includes the miss chance for concealed targets?

Can you disarm the monsters that have a chance to drop their weap, however (i.e. ogres and maybe giants, etc)? About 1 in 10 you can disarm. I think he's talking about creatures that always appear armed (like guards, ogres, etc.), even if they don't actually have the item for purposes of a drop. Exactly right. Bandit Guards always appear to be wielding a halberd but they do not actually have a halberd equipped. Disarming them previously...

I am not sure if it is the latest Bioware patch or a change in NS4 but you can now only disarm targets that are actually equipped with a weapon.
