I don't see why 1 round every 4 levels is considered low. At lvl 20 it lasts 5 rounds. If you can't manage to kill something with spells in 5 rounds then is your problem. I am curious, I keep on seeing people throwing around DC of 30 and 35 for spells. Heal and Harm
According to some of the posts and bug reports that I have read, heal and harm have been changed to do a certain amount, one mentioned 50 points for a level 16. Could someone explain the rationale behind this change as I am having trouble understanding it.
