how logical is disarming an unarmed weapon?

my 2 copper's worth; saving skill points makes you weaker while you wait to apply those points. there is trade off when not applying them immediately. so i see no problem with stockpiling the points.

yes, banish works. i've seen it many times. watch a duel between Black Willow and Slave Dissection, everytime BW casts a Bigby, Dissection banishes it. makes for a fun fight to watch.

just to clarify, i do stay out of lowest lvl areas. i do understand that lvls 1-5 need to kill rats more than i do. i am talking about mid lvl areas, such as the mummy area in withering forest or minotaurs. i agree with you though.

it is the extra lvl 8, 9 staff. i can't equip it due to class restrictions, but i would guess lvl 16 is the minimum requirement.

it's a "death staff". you have to sell it to another pc, the shops won't buy it in avandell.

from what i thought i heard +10 will be the highest item. could be wrong, but of course this won't happen till the planar areas are installed. if i am wrong and it is +12, it kinda makes the enchantments for certain races useless.
