Bloody Druids and their bugged Hitpoints.....
I guess it's time for us to all make Druids! Last night I tried to whack a Druid (28th level I think). He changed back into human form and I knocked him down with a Bigbies. Then while he was down I pumped THREE maxed IGMS into him (360 damage) and he was barely showing as injured. Like hardly scrat...

Wizards needs two stats. Int and CON. I'd also take the toughness feat. It's nice to get 8 hps/level. Later you can wear a +5 con belt and buff your con a bit higher. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY HITPOINTS! My level 25 wizard/monk/rogue buffs to 320 hps (on a good roll!). He took one monk level to pu...

If you can cast True-Seeing (+20 spot) and/or Claudiance (+10 spot/listen), then pump Spot through the roof as you want it to get REAL high. If you can't cast those spells then you're going to have problems with the uber-shadowdancers/rogues. Also nab yourself a helm with +7 spot. I've come across t...

I once played on a world that had boots which made you immune to spells level 6 and below. They also gave you -10 Dex AND -10 Dodge AC and some more penalties to your saves.... in short yeah you were resistant to lots of spells but you had the crap kicked out of you if you had them on at the wrong t...

HiPS ain't that over-powered.... Not now my level 24 wiz/monk/rogue can buff his Spot to 74. It'll go even higher when I take another rogue level around 35 (or 40th!). Yeah it's cheesy I have lots of Disc and Spot (and spent feats on Epic Skill Focus....), but hey, so is HiPS! DIE EVIL SHADOWDANCERS...

I'd keep the gloves on. It only raises your STR to 18 if it's below that. It wont get confued if you leave them on. Though having said that you can temporarily hit a really high str if you cast Divine Power, then Bulls, then put on your gloves. But that's possibly a minor exploit. Divine Power has a...

It sounds like you'd have a better time on a non-PvP server. At least that's what I'd do if I was in your shoes. Personally I just came from a heavy RP, non-PvP server so I'm enjoying blasting people with me Bigbies, Maxed IGMS, etc etc. There's LOTS of servers out there. Pick one that suits your pl...

If you want to take any Epic forms besides Undead Form, you need to pump Wisdom through the roof. I.e. 25(?) Wis for Outsider form, 27 for Construct and 30 for Dragon. So if you do want to take those forms then you need to start with 16 or 18 wisdom IMO. You could have some fun with a Shifter/Druid/...

I forsee an increase in the number of people who suddently "crash" when they're about to lose in PvP in a City...... I've had people quit out in combat with me when they hit near death and it's rather annoying!! I do know that it is possible to script checks for this though. I'm sure Lokey could cha...

It appears to me that the intention is to encourage players to defend their faction whilst at the same time adding a small element of risk for the attacker. The hard part is making it so it's not abused by exploiters (lets avoid the term griefer because lets face it, thats a fact of NWN). I think wh...

Hey, I like the idea that my wizard can take off all of his gear and Finger of Death people nekkid and score PHAT LEWTS!! $$$$$ !! What worse..... being killed by someone called "Squiggles" or being killed by a Naked Wizard. I guess both. I'm going to have to make a new char now that starts in Never...
