My Character Cannot Log In

Player login = NATEEEEEEE Char name = Zaz

I keep getting the music you here when you complete a quest and it pops me back to the Dialog box to "Enter Neversummer" or "Disconnect".

Can my character be fixed or sould I delete is and start a new one?
