wait was DM Celt correct in saying u can play up to lvl 60? if so how do u do so?

i realize this is slightly off topic, but does any1 kno if NS5 is gonna b more like ns 3.5 or ns4? like is it gonna be a server with rly good weapons and such and pretty quick leveling (i love that module), or is it gonna b like wut i remember from ns4, dull, boring and slow (imo)?
