yep same save dc as harm, except Harm does damage even if the monster succeed his save (half damage in that case), while Drown doesn't. So save is not as much an issue with harm as it is with drown...

i have just tested harm in Zing's dojo, and it uses strenght for touch ab too... that sucks... can it be fixed for the server?

I was gooffing around with other players and I have notice that althought my character has weapon finesse, my strenght bonus is used to calculate my touch ab when casting harm... is that normal? happened to me before, only way to get rid of it, for me, was to have another player kill me and then rez me, it fixed the problem for me and several others I have "helped" (killed).

well pooh, took CoT lvl exactly for that, ambidexterity and 2-weap fighting, looks like I'll have to re-do that character for the third time, damnit.
