I have noticed a problem as well:

1) The shack on the top of the hill for the Falme quest does not always drop the backroom key

2) Were the CR's in mithril minds decreased on purpose?

I agree with Hex and Grim but just want to make a point. If someone is willing to help you it would be nice to get a reward. However if someone helps with gear they should not always excpect an automatic reward. Some people do it just to help others

well the camping thing really is not an issue because the rules state that you can not camp bosses with uber loot. However it is a risk to camp any area legally or not because someone might not see you. Probably would just move along to a different area.
