I know it is not a rule........ BUT ppl should not shout for lvl 23 + gear, right? It is kind of a rule that has not been writen but understood. Well it was that way... did I miss the update?... :o that it says it is okies to shout for super rare drops? I WTB or Trade?.... If I am wrong, PLZ let me ...
