East is a bit more lax about shouts than some of the other NS servers (we've always been that way - just part of the server's flavor.) That being said - I haven't noticed an overabundance of people shouting for high-level gear. WTB/WTS shouts are fine for any gear provided it's not no-drop or the sh...
