I don't think there's an unbalance in weapons. Dex builds with weapon finesse get bonuses to AC and AB from dex. Strength builds don't get the AC bonus from str. That's why you see more dex builds. I got a couple of Bloodlust waraxes during my last trek through the Stronghold which was about a week or so ago.

And, by the way, isn't the Bloodlust pre 18? Then there's Brawlers waraxe at 18, then Triton at 25.

Any alignment is obtainable after character creation. You just have to know what to do and have lots of time to do it.

It takes about 8-10 hours to get a char to 40. So if you've got a weekend to waste it's possible to rebuild quickly.
