I was under the impression that heal at least worked the same way as harm does on the living. ie does 1/4 remaining hp damage. Not sure how the cure critical etc are implemented.

Good question though, be interested to see what other people know.

So to be concise

If BAB+bonuses+d20 > mob AC (and d20 roll was within crit range) you hit (assuming no other effects) and cause a threat roll.

To get a crit you then make same roll as above and if you hit it applies multiplier.

Have I got it right now?
