if your level 1 and you have an ecl of +2 you get the xp of a 3rd level char so

1 + 2 = 3
at second it would be 4 and so on.

i have to say when it comes to deffending your faction, yes its ok.


now when your out in the wilds and you see a hostile engaged with a mob, its only proper respect and manners to let them finish before engageing them. golden rule kinda thing.

attacking merchants and n00b vendors is really bad form and is looked down upon. Its just good gaming ettiquet to leave theese chars so that new players have the resources they need to start off.

well the whole draw back of heal kits is weight. they are very heavy. you figure a good fighter carries at least one page of heal pots right. if anyone carried a full inv page of heal kits in ns4 they would be overencumbered.

lokey if you want more balance in heal kits. double the weight again. IMHO

but would you agree that a wm with a great axe or greatsword wil blow through the 100 points in no time. as well as darkfire damage would go right through it.

joran i was under the impresion and i bet dv can back me up that stone skin absorbs the first 10 pts of damage until it has taken a total of 100 points at which time it goes away and greater stone skin was the first 20 points until it takes 200 pts total. this is physical damage only.

i use the old fashioned linx all the time in gentoo 2.6.3 and have no problems. might be something buggy in links. looks like its time to open your ide get the source from cvs and fix it

just on your 1d8 vs the ice storm
your are forgeting a few things in your formula

1) that 1d8 is spread over multiple attacks

2) that 1d8 also has the additon of str bonus added in which rises with most chars

3) that ice storm is the only attack that round the castor gets.

just for the record you may have had a good argument and ideas but i was instantly disuaded by your attitude. next time try and be a little less condescending and maybe someone will take you seriously.

Griefing is already happening... so far the only one that is punished is the person gettind pked, they lose exp. Now every one says you dont lose exp in pvp but that is a lie.... I lose it all the time... now Im even gettin pked by my own alliance members... surely some greifing restriction will he...
