Anyone know if they made any changes to this prc to make it more balanced? any beefing?

I think that it would be cool if your faction change when you change form.. for example if you turn into a drow or drider you could walk around in SL without getting attacked.

Another q about prcs: I heard someone mention something about one prc only on a char, can anyone confirm that?
