For item level reqs we will be doing some special twists to it, so setting it up per level just wont cover it, but I wont reveal to much of that, except its a system that I atleast haven't seen anywhere else.

Wouldn't that be wrong? would the RPer be the one dead because he can't match the powergamers and he refuses to use shout and party chat, because how can anyone target a specifik person when they talk?

There seems to be made a little progress when it comes to running singleplayer on linux (and with that proberly also multiplayer).

If you use a different CD-key when you try to delete the char from when you created it that would be the reason. We put this security in to prevent someone logging into others accounts and deleting a whole bunch of toons (apperently gamespy security sucks?)

You wont be able to install all games, but if you get wine that will help a bit, and if you want to use a little money you should get Cedega which will enable you to play some more games. However NWN2 still can't be played on Linux.

And ofcouse the solution is to get the msfont package which makes everything good and flowery.

Itemproperties in scripts are some nasty things, and I can only imagine spells is even worse then what is allready used in the upgrading script. I'm not quite sure why that would happen, I will try and put in a longer delay in the script that strips the item and see if that helps, it will go live in the next build (next time someone post in the change log i guess)
