Cross is correct. The 1/2 MS isn't stacking with gear on my Ranger/Druid/Shifter.

If I remove MS gear and shift to drow I get a 1/2 shifter level boost to MS, just as the wiki states.
With MS gear on I don't get the 1/2 shifter level boost to MS.
