If it's the job I think, then you need 21 in the stat you chose to best him in. Includes any increases from items / buffs in the 21 so should be pretty easy to get.

I found a unique Flame Harvester in surprisingly the Fire Plane. Has cold damage instead of fire and +6 vs Feys. Haven't given it to someone who can equip it yet to see if it still looks like its on fire or not.

We found a skara handaxe very similar to the short sword described by Tru3, that is +5 instead of +4 and slightly altered damage. I haven't checked if you can equip at lvl 20 as you would a normal handaxe yet though, which would be nice.

I look forward to finding my first artifact when I get online later. Gonna be a lot more frustrating being disarmed from now on.
