Even with bumping ability, job token, or trap DCs equivalently, bumping saves by 10 will hurt some builds a lot. For instance, i have a "stunner" (Dragon) that naturally, isn't only stun oriented. Something like DC48. Nothing great, but it can be very useful at times. Making that DC 38 instead of 48...

I like both ideas. Cap on feats (IV or V) and stopping chain stun.

And on the subject of nerfed toons - getting an option to re-level is much more than most of us ever got, so take what you can get...
