This post may be a little dated but I use Avast Home free, antivirus, and spybot sd with teatimer. I've been using Tiny firewall 2.0.15 free as well but I did not see what O.S. you're using. I still use 2k/winxp. If you want to shell out the money, best is Kaspersky , AV and firewall, about the best...

Someone had mentioned that they used to delete old accounts if they were not played for a long time - not sure if anyone really doing that these days.

Thats because thres a lot of people that cant even access the forums since the changeover.

I had to ask someone to fix my access too. And if you had your account before using your email you cant reapply under the same email addy. Oh well.

OK had a last try at Mectors toon today, and posted about another elsewhere..

If you drop by North you'll find a lot of West refugees, nice bunch of people that moved when West went down. Like Fang said, the mod is a lot bigger now.

FYI you may try checking the /NeverwinterNights/NWN/nwnplayer.ini file and look for : [Game Options] .. Single Players Enforce Legal Characters=0 Client CPU Affinity=1 as NWN1 does not like dual core machines. If you don't have that entry then add it.
