Multiclass caster buff queue - divine casts as arcane

So I found a weird bug with recorded buffs...
1) Take Bard for your first level
2) Take Cleric for your second
3) Record a buff using the cleric spell "resistance"
4) Equip a shield and heavy armor
5) Cast your buff queue
6) Resistance spell will cast as arcane and most likely fail
I imagine this is going to happen with other spells as well (bulls, endurance, etc), which could be an issue if you always wear heavy armor.
