toolset help plez

sooo... building a high-level run....
when I try to test the build from the toolset... it spawns in a low-level pc for testing....
is there a way to build a high-level toon for testing purposes

in fact, the toon in spawns in is from an old diamond install that I deleted.

any help would be mucho appreciated

You can export a toon from your ns4 vault.
