For .34 live server, again very few intentional gameplay changes. If things seem weird, please make a thread or tell us on discord. Probably best to just keep a list of spell targeting oddities (besides all oddities in general). That 2da needs going over for .35 anyway (the spell targeting overlays ...

Added /partyroll (give a randomized list of your party members within 20m, notify them of place. DMs same but lists nearby players only).
Changed function of buff expire notify to different system, please comment.

Still spell is a thing, it's why there's level 7 bard slots on items. Couple shield with -arcane spell failure.
We talk about removing arcane spell failure from armor enough that we can at least try it when we update files again.

Everybody wants that, but there's very little we can do about it for the moment if I recall last time it was brought up over at nwnx.
We haven't decided on the stackable bonus limits yet anyway, maybe we'll pick 75 and it'll be less of a problem
